EPISODE RECAP
After discovering that his former team made contact with the outside world and became faces of severance reform, Mark returns to work under new management and finds three replacement workers in his department. When his attempts to reunite with Helly, Irving, and Dylan fail, Mark sabotages the new team and appeals directly to the board, resulting in his demotion. Milchick then offers all four innies a choice to stay and work or leave the company, and despite Irving's initial reluctance after learning his outie's love interest is married, the team ultimately decides to stay together, though Mark discovers his outie's wife may actually be Ms. Casey, the wellness counselor. As they return to work, Mark is haunted by the possibility that the woman he loved as an innie is actually his outie's wife.
